Candidate: Phill Arensberg

For the past three years I've been a proud, diligent and sometimes exhausted member of the Ignition Northwest Board of Directors. As Vice-President and now as President, I've helped shaped this organization to serve our community. We on the board have created policy, structure and identity. Ignition Northwest looks forward now to the work of developing programs that will empower this community to create art and relationships with passion and without equivocation. As we near the end of the beginning for Ignition Northwest, in addition to the immense pride and love I feel for this community, I realize I'm not done yet. I have more to learn from this community. I have more to do.

I believe in this organization and this community. And as INW enters this new and freaking exciting phase of its evolution, I believe that my experience and my strengths can still be of use to the Northwest Burner community. I have helped define the organization that we now have, and have been fortunate to learn a great deal from some amazing people. Anyway, the bottom line is that I love working on the board for this community. I think I do a good job and I want to keep on doing it. I hope you send me back to the boardroom for another three years.
