Corprew Reed began organizing regionally as part of a group called the Black Rock Rangers since 1999, and has since been a fixture in the Seattle Burning Man arts community, taking numerous leadership roles in events and organizations. He brings a strong mix of technological and organizational skills. He is a founding member of Ignition Northwest and has held a pivotal role in the young group's formation.

Heather Candelaria is a native Seattleite with a long standing interest in serving the community. Her past arts community involvement includes participation in local art groups and events such as the PNW Fire Conclave, Fremont Solstice parade and Trolloween. She has also been active with various fund-raising campaigns (including Rush hour Rotary Mardi-gras party to benefit First Place Schools) and has served as president/vice-president in non-profits groups including the Greater Seattle Aquarium Society (501c3 Service). She is a regular panelist at Norwescon on topics ranging from the future of biometrics to alternative religions. Heather has been in the Software industry since 1991, only taking a break for a few years in the mid 90's in order to own and operating a small retail business in the International district. That experience, more than any other part of her life, has made her aware of what an amazingly rich and diverse city Seattle really is.
