Erin Pimm A Canadian transplant from Vancouver/Whistler, Erin aka DJ GeminiTrix has spent the last 15 years as an event coordinator in the corporate entertainment field and working on local recreation and volunteer event committees. Taking on Critical Massive was her first big dip into the Seattle BM community as well as volunteering and coordination of several other local community events. Her commitment to the expansion of events and sustainability of the BM ethos and principles in the community is the drive behind the wheels. Her ever so cliched motto "if you build it, they will come" is all about the 'do'acracy that our community is known for and taking us farther down the path to where the inevitable TEITD will eventually end. She is a long time fire player, DJ, tool builder, web and graphic designer and geek with a passion for throwing it down when the occasion arises.

Heather Candelaria is a native Seattleite with a long standing interest in serving the community. Her past arts community involvement includes participation in local art groups and events such as the PNW Fire Conclave, Fremont Solstice parade and Trolloween. She has also been active with various fund-raising campaigns (including Rush hour Rotary Mardi-gras party to benefit First Place Schools) and has served as president/vice-president in non-profits groups including the Greater Seattle Aquarium Society (501c3 Service). She is a regular panelist at Norwescon on topics ranging from the future of biometrics to alternative religions. Heather has been in the Software industry since 1991, only taking a break for a few years in the mid 90's in order to own and operating a small retail business in the International district. That experience, more than any other part of her life, has made her aware of what an amazingly rich and diverse city Seattle really is.

Phill Arensberg brings over twenty years of arts experience to INW. A native of Albany, NY, Phill comes to Seattle by way of Chicago, where he studied at the conservatory program at Second City and first got a taste of nonprofits, arts advocacy and event planning. From there he spent a year in Amsterdam acting and writing. His move to Seattle was preceded by a four year stint in New York City, where he plied his trade in various commercial, film and theatrical productions. Upon moving to Seattle, Phill became completely immersed in the Burning Man scene. First as a wide eyed newbie, then as a member of the theme camp Flight to Mars and now as a proud member of the Ignition Northwest Board of Directors. Phill is immensely happy and proud to be in a position to help his community grow, flourish and roar. A professional actor, writer and event producer, he spends what little free time he has feeding his cats, cooking and spending time with his friends, for whom he would do anything.

Stuart Updegrave is by day a mild-mannered code-slinger, while he leads another life as a budding metalworker. After a successful extraction from the clutches of the borg-cube, he began to get his hands dirty producing art -- contributing to multiple participatory art projects, learning welding and blacksmithing on the way. Through his role as chair of INW's Art Committee, he is currently hatching plans for fostering more creation of art within the Northwest burner community -- both for regional events and our greater locale. He dreams of one day riding his motorcycle around the world.
